        Kazimir Severinovich Malevich (1879 - 1935) - the great Russian artist-avant-gardist, the graphic artist, the architect, the author of theatrical projects, works of arts and crafts, the theorist of art, the philosopher, the teacher. One of the most radical reformers of art of the XX-th century, the founder of suprematism.
        The author of the famous “Black square”.
        Last 20 years till his death K.Malevich was closely connected with Nemchinovka, where he lived, worked, where met with the second wife, Sofya Rafalovich, where probably the happiest days in his life passed and where he was buried, according to the desire expressed before death.
